You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use Wishin. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

Hosts may need to create an account to set up a wishing well.
Guests may be required to provide their name and payment details to contribute.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Use of Services

Wishin provides a platform for receiving gifts and well-wishes for personal celebrations and occasions only.
Users agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and not for business, commercial transactions, or unrelated payments.
All users must comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
Wishin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or business purposes, or that violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Fees

Hosts receive 100% of contributions made through Wishin.
Guests pay a small service fee (currently 2.8% + standard card fees) to facilitate contributions.
Fees may be updated at any time; changes will be communicated on the platform.
All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Users must not use the platform to send or receive money for business purposes, commercial services, or other unrelated transactions.
Wishin monitors transactions to ensure compliance with Australian AML and CTF laws. Users may be asked to verify their identity for security purposes.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Contributions are generally non-refundable.
Hosts may request refunds in exceptional cases at Wishin’s discretion.
Guests should ensure payment details are correct before submitting contributions.

7. Content

Guests may leave messages, photos, or videos with contributions.

Hosts may use, display, or share these contributions for personal use.

Users grant Wishin a non-exclusive license to display content on the platform as necessary to provide the service.

Wishin collects and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using Wishin, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Wishin provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee continuous, error-free access.
